For a broken flow or a public case concern, include the exact URL, what you expected, and what happened. Use the in-product report control when it is available; it attaches the concern to the case without opening a public comment thread.
Privacy and rights
Use the subject line “Privacy” or “Rights request” and include only the information needed to locate the relevant page or submission. We may need to ask for limited verification before acting on a request, but we will not ask for sensitive documents in an ordinary first email.
