What the jury keeps—and what it does not need.

No account required: voting does not ask for a real name or email address.

No public comments or uploads: the service avoids open-ended identity-bearing media.

Information processed

How information is used

We use this information to prevent duplicate voting, keep private invites separate from public cases, aggregate jury results, measure whether real people can use the product, investigate abuse reports, secure the service, and improve navigation and case quality.

Browser storage

The app uses local storage and session storage for a random voter identifier, attribution, QA exclusion, local progress, and development fallback state. These controls are not used to create a public profile. PostHog uses the same anonymous browser identifier as the jury-integrity control and keeps its own analytics state only in this tab's session storage, so it does not add an analytics cookie or a second persistent analytics identifier. Closing the tab ends that PostHog session. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings, although doing so may reset local progress.

Optional page measurement

UR WRONG uses PostHog to learn which pages are entered and left and whether the page was read long enough to improve. The integration accepts only page-entry and page-leave events. It sends the site origin and path, up to four campaign fields (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content), a referrer origin and path, visit duration, and scroll/content summaries. URL fragments and all other query parameters—including private invite values—are removed before an event is sent. IP-based geolocation enrichment, click and form autocapture, session replay, heatmaps, exception and performance capture, surveys, conversations, product tours, experiments, and feature flags are disabled. Person-profile creation is disabled for these events. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal prevents the PostHog library from loading. You can also change the preference for this browser below; opting out stores only that choice.

Public and private case information

The first side of a participant-created case remains private while an invitation is pending. A case can enter the public jury only after the second side submits and the case is accepted as an active two-sided prompt. Do not submit real names, contact details, or sensitive facts.

Advertising

UR WRONG does not currently claim that advertising is active. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, subject to their policies and any consent controls required for the visitor’s location. This policy and the live consent behavior will be updated before activation. Google explains advertising data use at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Service providers and retention

We use infrastructure providers to host the site, database, and operational analytics. Data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the product, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and aggregate measurement. Access is limited to operators and providers that need it for those purposes.

Your choices

You can avoid submitting a case, decline to vote, turn off optional page measurement above, clear browser storage, or ask a privacy question at help@neogenesis.app. Include the relevant case link if your request concerns public content; do not send secrets or identity documents by email unless requested through a secure process.
